well i have just typed a very large post update.. hit the publish and it crashed losing it all grrrrrr...
so basic one here we go..
i have now lost 4 stone 5lbs.. in 18 weeks inclusive loss includes pre op diet..
I am now down to a 20/22 from a 26/28 and feeling the benefits of such a size drop . I have more energy and enjoying my life more..
