well three months today and i can say between dec 19th and Jan 18th I have lost 6lbs.
I am disappointed but there was xmas inbetween hey! but my losses have slowed right down.
Maybe this is due to my exercising I am not sure.
Going forward I am going to watch what I eat a little more and increase the protein!. I have today signed up for the race for life 5k..not planning on running it but walking it this year!
Today i started my training and walked for about 20 mins..going to do that again friday then three times a week from next week.. increasing the time etc.
Hoping that this will keep me focused as i have a long way to go on the weight loss front..
I am 2lbs off my 50lbs first goal so not bad going.. hopefully i will hit that soon! fingers crossed hey..
